Returns & Exchange Policy

• Returns: accepted within 14 days after purchase for store credit. Customers need to pay for return postage.
• Exchanges: only within 14 days after your delivery day. Customers need to pay for return postage.
• Refund: if your pair is faulty we are able to provide you with a refund within 14 days of purchase. We don't accept refunds for change of mind.
• Pre Order sales are final. Delays are common with Pre-Orders since all of our products are handmade we cannot ask our Artisans to work harder or faster, nor would we ever consider doing that. There are also often delays when importing them to the US due to strict COVID-19 protocols. We do not accept a delay in delivery as a reason for a refund. 

IMPORTANT: Please also note that this is a handmade product so there will be minor imperfections in the leather work and color so this isn't considered a faulty item. 

In order to begin the process of a return or exchange please email us at support@mexicansole.com along with an image of your Huaraches to show that they have not been worn.
